well I did it... I entered a contest of 25 words or less with a poem I wrote. It's for dinner for 2 at an expensive  local organic restaurant. The poem is pretty decent...  I hope I win

I've been getting more and more blue because I'm unable to do much with my knee injury. Insurance is giving me the run around on getting an MRI... Work mentioned I may have to quit. The funny thing is this surgery that I need is arthroscopic with a fairly  quick heal time and it will mean way less pain and way more movement that I can do which is good cuz there are so many things I want to do. So many places I haven't gone.

So in my early post I mentioned that my body is curvy. Yup I'm a BBW and while I am working on loosing some weight it I refuse to go to the extreme I see others going to. Mostly I"m working on loosing some weight so that I can improve the functions and health of my body. There is just too many thing I want to do that require a body that can climb some stairs or hike a path. So good goals I think.

My name is Kelly Linzey and I am great! Not in the sense of I am better than everyone around me but as in the sense of I am a great person. I'm a good and loyal friend. I try to be as honest as I can. I strive to continue to grow and I refuse to hate food or my curvy body. I love to cook and to creat dishes that my family and friends would like to eat. I'm 42 years old and I feel like my life is just beginning.
